Description

Easy and delicious 2-ingredient dough garlic breadsticks that are made with self-rising flour and Greek yogurt. These breadsticks are perfect as a snack or appetizer, and they bake up light and fluffy with a flavorful garlic topping.


Ingredients

Dough:

  • 1 cup plus 2 tbsp self-rising flour
  • 1 cup non-fat plain Greek yogurt

Additional:

  • Lowry’s Garlic Salt*

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven: Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. Mix dough: In a medium bowl, combine 1 cup of self-rising flour and Greek yogurt until dough forms.
  3. Shape dough: Dust parchment paper with flour, press dough into a rectangle, and cut into breadsticks.
  4. Season and bake: Spray with cooking spray, sprinkle with garlic salt, and bake for 17-19 minutes until golden.
  5. Cool and serve: Let breadsticks cool slightly before serving.

Notes

  • To make self-rising flour, combine 1 cup all-purpose flour with 1 1/2 tsp baking powder and 1/2 tsp salt.
  • If Lowry’s Garlic Salt is unavailable, mix 1/2 tsp garlic powder, 1/4 tsp salt, and 1/4 tsp dried parsley as a substitute.
