Ingredients
Dough:
- 1 cup plus 2 tbsp self-rising flour
- 1 cup non-fat plain Greek yogurt

- Lowry’s Garlic Salt*
Instructions
- Preheat oven: Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
- Mix dough: In a medium bowl, combine 1 cup of self-rising flour and Greek yogurt until dough forms.
- Shape dough: Dust parchment paper with flour, press dough into a rectangle, and cut into breadsticks.
- Season and bake: Spray with cooking spray, sprinkle with garlic salt, and bake for 17-19 minutes until golden.
- Cool and serve: Let breadsticks cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- To make self-rising flour, combine 1 cup all-purpose flour with 1 1/2 tsp baking powder and 1/2 tsp salt.
- If Lowry’s Garlic Salt is unavailable, mix 1/2 tsp garlic powder, 1/4 tsp salt, and 1/4 tsp dried parsley as a substitute.
