Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups diced apples (about 2 medium apples)
  • 1 cup (240g) Greek yogurt
  • 3/4 cup (150g) packed brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix dry ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
  3. Combine wet ingredients: In another bowl, mix Greek yogurt, brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Combine wet and dry: Pour wet mixture into dry ingredients, fold together, then add diced apples.
