Ingredients
Banana Chocolate Rolls:
- 2 ripe bananas (sliced)
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips or chopped chocolate
- 1/3 cup Nutella or peanut butter
- 6–8 egg roll wrappers
- Water (for sealing)
- Oil for frying
- Melted chocolate (for drizzle)
Instructions
- Assemble the fillings: Spread about 1 teaspoon of Nutella or peanut butter in the center of the egg roll wrapper. Add a few banana slices and a few chocolate chips.
- Wrap: Fold the bottom corner up over the filling, fold in the sides, and roll up tightly like a burrito. Seal the top edge with a little water.
- Cook: Frying: Heat oil (about 1 inch deep) in a pan to 350°F (175°C). Fry until golden brown, ~2–3 minutes per side.
Air Fryer (healthier option): Lightly brush rolls with oil and air fry at 375°F (190°C) for 6–8 minutes, flipping halfway. - Serve: Let cool slightly, then dust with powdered sugar or drizzle with more melted chocolate and dip in a side of whipped cream or vanilla ice cream.
