Ingredients

Banana Chocolate Rolls:

  • 2 ripe bananas (sliced)
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips or chopped chocolate
  • 1/3 cup Nutella or peanut butter
  • 68 egg roll wrappers
  • Water (for sealing)
  • Oil for frying
  • Melted chocolate (for drizzle)

Instructions

  1. Assemble the fillings: Spread about 1 teaspoon of Nutella or peanut butter in the center of the egg roll wrapper. Add a few banana slices and a few chocolate chips.
  2. Wrap: Fold the bottom corner up over the filling, fold in the sides, and roll up tightly like a burrito. Seal the top edge with a little water.
  3. Cook: Frying: Heat oil (about 1 inch deep) in a pan to 350°F (175°C). Fry until golden brown, ~2–3 minutes per side.
    Air Fryer (healthier option): Lightly brush rolls with oil and air fry at 375°F (190°C) for 6–8 minutes, flipping halfway.
