Instructions
- Cook Pasta Shells: Cook pasta shells in salted boiling water, drain, and set aside.
- Sauté Onion, Garlic, and Beef: Sauté onion and garlic, add ground beef and seasonings, pour in half of the marinara sauce, simmer, and set aside.
- Prepare Cheese Mixture: Combine ricotta cheese, Parmesan cheese, egg, and parsley in a bowl.
