Description

Boursin Salmon is a delectable baked dish that marries tender salmon with rich and creamy Boursin cheese, creating a quick and sophisticated meal.


Ingredients

Salmon:

  • 1 pound fresh salmon, cut into 4 pieces
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Sauce:

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1/2 medium onion, chopped
  • 3/4 cup chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 package (5.2 oz/150g) Boursin Fine Herbs & Garlic cheese, softened
  • 12 tablespoons chopped parsley

Instructions

  1. Prepare Salmon: Remove salmon from the fridge, cut into 4 pieces, pat dry, and season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Cook Salmon: Heat butter and olive oil in a skillet. Sear salmon for 3-4 minutes on each side until lightly browned. Remove from skillet.
  3. Make Sauce: Sauté onions until golden. Add chicken broth, lemon juice, and Boursin. Cook until smooth, then stir in parsley.
  4. Finish Dish: Return salmon to skillet. Cook for 3-5 minutes until done. Season with salt and pepper. Serve hot.
