Ingredients

Sweet Potatoes:

Candied Sauce:

  • 1 cup dark brown sugar

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 2 cups miniature marshmallows (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F and grease a 3-quart baking dish.
  2. Prepare Sweet Potatoes: Peel and slice sweet potatoes to 1/2-inch thickness.
