Ingredients
For the Hot Chocolate:
- 1½ cups Milk
- ½ cup Heavy Cream
- ¾ cup Candy Corn
- ¾ cup White Chocolate Chips, divided
- ½ cup Water
- ½ teaspoon Vanilla Extract
Optional Toppings for Serving:
- Whipped Cream
- Marshmallows
- Hot Fudge
- Sprinkles
- Crystalized Sugar
Instructions
- Add the Water and Candy Corn: In a saucepan, bring water to a gentle boil. Add candy corns and stir until melted.
- Mix in Milk and Cream: Reduce heat to medium, then add milk, heavy cream, and ½ cup of white chocolate chips. Stir until chocolate chips are melted and the mixture is smooth.
- Finish the Hot Chocolate: Remove from heat, add vanilla extract, and stir well. Serve in mugs with desired toppings.
- Adding Sprinkles (Optional): Melt remaining ¼ cup of white chocolate chips. Dip the mug rim in the melted chocolate, then in sprinkles to coat.
Notes
- Be cautious while melting chocolate in the microwave to prevent burning.
- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less candy corn according to taste.
