Instructions
- Prepare the Baking Sheets: Line 1 or 2 large baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Prep the Apples: Slice the apples into full slices, about ¼ inch thick. Insert a candy sucker stick into the bottom of each apple slice.
- Melt Dark Chocolate: In a microwave-safe bowl, melt 1 cup of dark chocolate chips in 30-second intervals until smooth.
- Dip Apple Slices: Dip each apple slice into the melted chocolate, ensuring full coverage. Place on the prepared baking sheet.
- Melt Caramel: In another bowl, melt the caramel squares with water in the microwave.
