Description

These Cheesy Garlic Butter Rollups are a quick and delicious snack or appetizer that’s perfect for cheese lovers. Crispy on the outside, gooey on the inside, and packed with flavor!

  • 8 slices white sandwich bread, crusts removed
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Flatten bread slices with a rolling pin. Place each slice between sheets of parchment paper and gently flatten with a rolling pin to make them easier to roll up.
  2. Sprinkle mozzarella and cheddar on each slice. Evenly distribute the cheeses over the flattened bread slices.
  3. Roll up tightly. Roll each bread slice up tightly from one end to the other, enclosing the cheese inside.
  4. Brush with garlic butter. In a small bowl, mix melted butter with minced garlic and brush the rolls generously with the garlic butter mixture.
  5. Cook in a skillet over medium heat until golden brown on all sides and cheese melts. Place the rollups in a skillet and cook, turning occasionally, until they are crispy and golden on all sides and the cheese is melted.
