Ingredients

Shrimp:

  • 500 g shrimp (peeled & deveined)

Cheese Sauce:

  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 cup heavy cream (or half-and-half)
  • ½ cup cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella
  • ½ cup grated parmesan
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp chili flakes (optional, for heat)
  • 2 tbsp parsley (chopped)
  • Salt & black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Set to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Cook Garlic: In a skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic for 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Make Creamy Base: Stir in heavy cream and cream cheese, whisking until smooth. Add parmesan, paprika, salt, and pepper. Let it thicken slightly.
  4. Assemble: Place shrimp in a baking dish, pour the sauce over, and sprinkle mozzarella on top.
  5. Bake: Cook for 12–15 minutes until shrimp are pink and cheese is bubbly golden.
