Ingredients
Chicken Kofta:
- 1 lb ground chicken
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp ground coriander
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
Garlic Yogurt Sauce:
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh mint leaves for garnish
Instructions
- Prepare the Chicken Kofta: In a bowl, mix together the ground chicken, onion, garlic, cumin, paprika, coriander, cayenne pepper, salt, pepper, parsley, and breadcrumbs. Shape into small kofta.
- Cook the Chicken Kofta: Grill over medium heat for 10-12 minutes or bake in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for 20-25 minutes.
- Make the Garlic Yogurt Sauce: Combine yogurt, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Serve: Serve the chicken kofta with the garlic yogurt sauce, garnished with fresh mint leaves.
