Ingredients
Dry Ingredients:

- 2 tbsp sugar

- ¾ cup milk
- 1 egg (or ¼ cup yogurt for eggless)
- 2 tbsp melted butter or oil
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Dry Ingredients: In a bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Wet Ingredients: In another bowl, whisk milk, egg (or yogurt), melted butter, and vanilla extract.
- Combine: Mix wet and dry ingredients gently until smooth (do not overmix).
- Cook: Heat a nonstick pan over medium heat, lightly grease. Pour ¼ cup batter for each pancake, cook until bubbles appear, then flip and cook the other side.
- Serve: Stack pancakes and drizzle with chocolate syrup, Nutella, or melted chocolate.
Notes
- You can add chocolate chips or nuts to the batter for extra texture and flavor.
- Adjust sweetness to your liking by adding more or less sugar.
