Ingredients

- ½ cup granulated sugar (100g)

- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Additional Ingredient:
- 1¾ cups shredded sweetened coconut (150g)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F and line 2 large sheet pans with parchment paper.
- Whisk dry ingredients: In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, salt, and baking soda.
- Cream butter and sugars: Using a stand mixer or handheld mixer, beat the butter and sugars until light and fluffy.
