Description

Ingredients

For the Cookie Dough Dip:

  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened

  • ⅔ cup brown sugar, dark brown or light brown, firmly packed
  • ⅓ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ teaspoon baking soda
  • ¼ teaspoon finely ground sea salt
  • ½ cup mini chocolate chips

Dippers:

  • graham crackers

  • fresh fruit (strawberries, apples, etc.)

  • broken waffle cones

Instructions

  1. Heat the flour: Place flour in a microwave-safe dish and heat in 15-second increments at 50% power until the flour reaches 160°F or higher. Allow the flour to cool completely and sift to remove any lumps.
  2. Beat cream cheese and butter: Using a stand mixer or hand mixer, beat the cream cheese and butter until light and fluffy, scraping down the sides of the bowl as needed.
  3. Add sugars and flavorings: Mix in the brown sugar, granulated sugar, vanilla extract, baking soda, and salt until well combined.
  4. Incorporate flour and chocolate chips: Stir in the sifted flour and mix in the mini chocolate chips until combined.
