Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 200 degrees.
- Slice Zucchini: Use a mandoline to slice zucchinis thinly.
- Coat Zucchini: Toss zucchini slices with oil in a bowl.
- Bake: Arrange slices on baking sheets, sprinkle with salt and paprika, and bake for 2-2.5 hours until crisp.
- Cool: Allow chips to cool on paper towels.
