Ingredients

Chuck Roast:

  • 23 lb chuck roast

Ranch Seasoning Mix:

  • 2 Tablespoons Ranch seasoning mix (1 packet)

Au Jus Mix:

  • 1 packet au jus mix (2 Tablespoons)

Pepperoncini Juice:

  • ½ cup pepperoncini juice

Pepperoncinis:

  • 810 whole pepperoncinis

Butter:

  • ¼ cup butter, cubed

Instructions

  1. Prep the Roast: Place the chuck roast in the slow cooker and sprinkle with ranch dressing mix and au jus mix.
  2. Add Flavors: Pour pepperoncini juice over the roast, add pepperoncinis, and place cubed butter on top.
  3. Cook: Cover and cook on LOW for 8 hours.
