Ingredients
Chuck Roast:
- 2–3 lb chuck roast
Ranch Seasoning Mix:
- 2 Tablespoons Ranch seasoning mix (1 packet)
Au Jus Mix:
- 1 packet au jus mix (2 Tablespoons)
Pepperoncini Juice:
- ½ cup pepperoncini juice
Pepperoncinis:
- 8–10 whole pepperoncinis
Butter:
- ¼ cup butter, cubed
Instructions
- Prep the Roast: Place the chuck roast in the slow cooker and sprinkle with ranch dressing mix and au jus mix.
- Add Flavors: Pour pepperoncini juice over the roast, add pepperoncinis, and place cubed butter on top.
