Description

This Decadent Creamy Alfredo Lasagna Soup combines the luxurious flavors of a traditional white lasagna in a comforting, soup form. Creamy Alfredo broth, melty cheeses, and tender pasta come together to create a rich and satisfying meal.


Ingredients

For the Soup:

  • Butter
  • Garlic
  • All-purpose flour
  • Chicken broth
  • Heavy cream
  • Parmesan cheese
  • Mozzarella cheese
  • Italian seasoning
  • Salt & pepper
  • Rigatoni or lasagna noodles (cooked)

For Garnish:

  • Toasted breadcrumbs
  • Fresh parsley or basil

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, melt butter and sauté garlic for 1-2 minutes. Stir in flour to form a roux. Cook until golden.
  2. Slowly whisk in chicken broth. Stir until smooth.
  3. Add heavy cream, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. Lower heat and stir in Parmesan and mozzarella until melted.
  5. Add cooked pasta and let it warm through.
