Ingredients
For the Soup:
- Butter
- Garlic
- All-purpose flour
- Chicken broth
- Heavy cream

- Rigatoni or lasagna noodles (cooked)
For Garnish:
- Toasted breadcrumbs

Instructions
- In a large pot, melt butter and sauté garlic for 1-2 minutes. Stir in flour to form a roux. Cook until golden.
