Ingredients

Wet Ingredients:
- ½ cup pumpkin puree
- ¼ cup milk
- ¼ cup vegetable oil
Cinnamon Sugar Coating:
- ⅓ cup granulated sugar
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat the oven to 350ºF and spray a donut pan with non-stick cooking spray. Set it aside.
- Prepare Wet Ingredients: Whisk together the pumpkin puree, brown sugar, vegetable oil, and milk in a medium bowl.
- Combine Dry Ingredients: In a smaller bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, pumpkin pie spice, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt. Gradually add these to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
- Fill the Donut Pan: Transfer the batter to a piping bag or ziplock bag, and pipe into each donut cavity.
- Bake: Bake for 15-16 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean. Let cool in the pan for 10 minutes.
- Coat with Cinnamon Sugar: Brush the donuts with melted butter and coat them in the cinnamon sugar mixture.
