Ingredients
Tortilla Cups:
- 12 small flour tortillas
Enchilada Filling:
- 1 10-oz can red enchilada sauce

- 2 ½ cups shredded rotisserie chicken
- ¾ cup corn kernels
- 2 tbsp taco seasoning

Instructions
- Prepare Tortilla Cups: Preheat oven to 375°F. Gently press the tortillas into a muffin tin to create cup shapes. Bake for 10 minutes until lightly browned and crisp.
- Make Enchilada Filling: In a bowl, mix the enchilada sauce, black beans, green chilies, chicken, corn, and taco seasoning until well combined.
- Assemble: Spoon the filling into the tortilla cups. Top each cup with cheese.
