Ingredients

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 pounds boneless skinless chicken breast
  • 4 ounces ranch dressing (1/2 cup)
  • 1/2 cup dairy-free parmesan, divided
  • 1/4 bunch fresh parsley, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Trim and chop the boneless skinless chicken breast into bite-sized chunks. Toss the chicken with ranch dressing, 1/4 cup parmesan, minced garlic, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Thread the seasoned chicken onto skewers.

  5. AIR FRYER: Cook at 425°F for 12 minutes, flipping halfway through.
