- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Coffee Frosting
- 2–4 tablespoons heavy whipping cream
- 1 1/2 teaspoons instant coffee granules
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1/3 cup unsalted butter
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare an 8-inch baking dish.
- Melt Butter: Melt the butter in a microwave-safe bowl and transfer to a mixing bowl.
- Mix Ingredients: Add sugar, eggs, and vanilla to the butter. Blend well.
- Add Dry Ingredients: Gradually add flour, cocoa powder, salt, and baking powder. Mix until smooth.
- Bake: Spread batter in the dish and bake for 30-35 minutes.
- Prepare Frosting: Dissolve coffee granules in cream. Beat butter, add sugar, and mix. Pour in coffee cream slowly.
- Frost Brownies: Spread frosting over cooled brownies. Slice and serve.
