Ingredients

Cheesecake Layer:

  • 1 package vanilla Oreo cookies
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 (8 oz) container whipped topping, divided
  • Green food coloring

Pudding Layer:

  • 2 (3.4 oz) packages instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 3 cups cold milk
  • 1 tsp peppermint extract
  • Red food coloring

Top Layer:

  • Remaining whipped topping
  • Green food coloring
  • Green and heart sprinkles, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Crush Vanilla Oreo Cookies: In a food processor, crush the vanilla Oreo cookies until fine crumbs form.
  2. Mix with Butter: Combine the cookie crumbs with melted butter until well mixed.
  3. Press Into Dish: Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9×13-inch dish lined with parchment paper.
  4. Cheesecake Layer: Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in half the whipped topping and green food coloring. Spread over crust.
  5. Pudding Layer: Whisk pudding mixes with cold milk until thickened. Add peppermint extract and red food coloring. Spread over cheesecake layer.
  6. Top Layer: Mix remaining whipped topping with green food coloring. Spread over pudding layer.
  7. Garnish: Decorate with green and heart sprinkles.
  8. Chill: Refrigerate for at least 4 hours until set.
