Ingredients

Beef Stew Meat

  • 2 lbs beef stew meat

Baby Yukon Gold Potatoes

  • 2 lbs baby Yukon Gold potatoes

Onion Powder & Garlic Powder

  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder

Chopped Garlic

  • 4 cloves garlic, chopped

Butter

  • 1/2 cup butter, cut into pads

Instructions

  1. Layer your ingredients – Place the beef stew meat and baby potatoes in the slow cooker.
  2. Season generously – Sprinkle onion powder, garlic powder, and salt over the beef and potatoes.
  3. Gently toss the beef – Coat the beef with seasoning, keeping it separate from the potatoes.
  4. Top with garlic and butter – Add chopped garlic and butter pads on top.
