Instructions

- Shape Doughnuts: Divide dough, shape into balls, and let rest for 15 minutes.
- Shape and Proof: Flatten dough balls, form into doughnut shapes, and proof for 35-40 minutes.
- Fry Doughnuts: Fry in hot oil until golden brown on both sides.
- Coat or Glaze: Coat with sugar or dip in glaze made of powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract.
