Ingredients

For the Sauce:
- 1½ cups heavy cream
- ¾ cup low-sodium chicken broth
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar
- ¾ cup grated Parmesan (for the sauce)
- 2 oz cream cheese, softened
- ½ tsp Italian seasoning
- ½ tsp dried basil
- ¼ tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
For Garnish:
- Fresh chopped parsley
Instructions
- Cook the Spaghetti: Boil water, cook spaghetti until al dente, drain, toss with olive oil, and set aside.
- Prepare the Chicken: Season chicken with Cajun seasoning, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Press grated Parmesan onto chicken pieces for a light crust.
- Cook the Chicken: Sear chicken in a skillet with olive oil and butter until golden and cooked through. Set aside.
- Make the Sauce: Sauté garlic, then add cream, broth, cheeses, and seasonings. Simmer until thickened.
- Combine and Serve: Toss cooked spaghetti in the sauce, let it absorb flavors, plate, and top with chicken strips and parsley.
