Ingredients

Penne Pasta:

8 ounces

Broccoli Florets:

2 cups (182 g)

Kielbasa Sausage:

13.9-ounce ring

Whole Milk:

1 1/2 cups (367.5 g)

Mild Cheddar Cheese:

1 1/2 cups (169.5 g)

Unsalted Butter:

2 tablespoons

Yellow Onion (diced):

1 small (about 1/2 cup)

Minced Garlic:

1 teaspoon

Salt and Pepper:

To taste


Instructions

  1. Boil Pasta and Broccoli: Boil the penne pasta as per package instructions. Add broccoli in the last 2 minutes of cooking. Drain and set aside.
  2. Sear Kielbasa: Melt butter in a skillet, add kielbasa and cook until lightly browned.
