Ingredients

Cookie Dough:

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1½ cups plain M&M’s
  • 1 cup plain mini M&M’s
  • ½ cup salted sweet cream butter
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • ⅓ cup light brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp half and half
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • ¼ tsp salt

Fudge Layer:

  • 1½ cups white baking chips
  • 14 oz sweetened condensed milk

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Cookie Dough: In a bowl, mix together the all-purpose flour, plain M&M’s, mini M&M’s, salt, granulated sugar, light brown sugar, half and half, butter, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  2. Line the Pan: Line a square baking dish with parchment paper.
  3. Layer the Fudge: In a saucepan, melt the white baking chips and sweetened condensed milk together, stirring until smooth.
  4. Combine the Layers: Pour half of the fudge mixture into the prepared pan. Press the cookie dough evenly on top. Pour the remaining fudge on top of the cookie dough layer.
  5. Chill and Serve: Refrigerate the fudge until set, then slice into squares and enjoy!
