Ingredients
Cookie Dough:
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1½ cups plain M&M’s
- 1 cup plain mini M&M’s
- ½ cup salted sweet cream butter
- ¼ cup granulated sugar
- ⅓ cup light brown sugar
- 2 tbsp half and half
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- ¼ tsp salt
Fudge Layer:
- 1½ cups white baking chips
- 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
Instructions
- Prepare the Cookie Dough: In a bowl, mix together the all-purpose flour, plain M&M’s, mini M&M’s, salt, granulated sugar, light brown sugar, half and half, butter, and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Line the Pan: Line a square baking dish with parchment paper.
- Layer the Fudge: In a saucepan, melt the white baking chips and sweetened condensed milk together, stirring until smooth.
- Combine the Layers: Pour half of the fudge mixture into the prepared pan. Press the cookie dough evenly on top. Pour the remaining fudge on top of the cookie dough layer.
- Chill and Serve: Refrigerate the fudge until set, then slice into squares and enjoy!
