- 1 large egg
- ¼ cup milk

Instructions
- Prepare onions: Peel and trim onions, slice into 8 sections without cutting through the base, and separate the petals.
- Season flour: Mix flour, paprika, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Coat onions: Whisk egg and milk together. Dip each onion into the egg mixture, ensuring to coat between petals, then coat with seasoned flour.
- Air fry: Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C). Place coated onions in the basket, mist with cooking spray, and air fry for 10-12 minutes until golden and crispy, turning halfway for even browning.
