Ingredients

Cookie Dough Fudge:

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour, spooned and leveled
  • 1½ cups plain M&M’s, divided into 1 cup and ½ cup
  • 1 cup plain mini M&M’s, divided into ½ cup and ½ cup
  • ½ cup salted sweet cream butter, softened
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • ⅓ cup light brown sugar, packed
  • 2 tablespoons half and half
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 1½ cups good quality white baking chips
  • 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Ingredients: Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper and spray with nonstick spray. Microwave the flour, cool, and sift. Freeze M&M’s.
  2. Mix the Dough: Cream butter, sugars, half and half, vanilla, and salt. Add flour, mix, and set aside.
  3. Melt White Chocolate: Heat white chocolate chips and condensed milk in the microwave until smooth.
  4. Combine Ingredients: Stir frozen M&M’s into dough, mix in white chocolate mixture.
  5. Chill and Serve: Spread mixture in the baking dish, top with remaining M&M’s, chill for at least 2 hours, slice, and serve.

Notes

  • Flour should be microwaved to kill pathogens.
  • Freezing M&M’s prevents color bleeding into the fudge.
  • Score the fudge before chilling for easier cutting.
