Ingredients
Cookie Dough Fudge:
- 1 cup all-purpose flour, spooned and leveled
- 1½ cups plain M&M’s, divided into 1 cup and ½ cup
- 1 cup plain mini M&M’s, divided into ½ cup and ½ cup
- ½ cup salted sweet cream butter, softened
- ¼ cup granulated sugar
- ⅓ cup light brown sugar, packed
- 2 tablespoons half and half
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 1½ cups good quality white baking chips
- 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
Instructions
- Prepare the Ingredients: Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper and spray with nonstick spray. Microwave the flour, cool, and sift. Freeze M&M’s.
- Mix the Dough: Cream butter, sugars, half and half, vanilla, and salt. Add flour, mix, and set aside.
- Melt White Chocolate: Heat white chocolate chips and condensed milk in the microwave until smooth.
- Combine Ingredients: Stir frozen M&M’s into dough, mix in white chocolate mixture.
- Chill and Serve: Spread mixture in the baking dish, top with remaining M&M’s, chill for at least 2 hours, slice, and serve.
Notes
- Flour should be microwaved to kill pathogens.
- Freezing M&M’s prevents color bleeding into the fudge.
- Score the fudge before chilling for easier cutting.
