Ingredients
Cheese Dip:
- 1 pound white deli-sliced American cheese
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1/2 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1 large garlic clove, minced
- 1/4 cup white onion, very finely chopped
- 1 can evaporated milk
- 1 small tomato, finely diced
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp cumin
- 4 oz can chopped green chile, fire roasted
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Toss Cheese: Place cheese and cornstarch in a bowl, toss to coat.
- Saute Aromatics: Melt butter in a saucepan, add garlic and onion, cook until translucent.
- Add Tomato: Stir in diced tomato and cook until slightly softened.
