- 1 teaspoon Kosher Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 cup Plain Panko Breadcrumbs
- 1.5 pounds Ground Beef (85/15)
For the Glaze
- ½ cup Ketchup
- ¼ cup BBQ Sauce
- ¼ cup Light Brown Sugar
- 1 tablespoon Fresh Chopped Parsley
Instructions
- Prepare the Crock Pot: Line it with foil and spray with cooking spray.
- Mix Ingredients: Combine onion, milk, eggs, sugar, ketchup, BBQ sauce, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
