Ingredients

For the Meatloaf

  • 1 small Sweet Onion, grated
  • 1 cup Whole Milk
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1 cup Light Brown Sugar
  • ½ cup Ketchup
  • ¼ cup BBQ Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Kosher Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 cup Plain Panko Breadcrumbs
  • 1.5 pounds Ground Beef (85/15)

For the Glaze

  • ½ cup Ketchup
  • ¼ cup BBQ Sauce
  • ¼ cup Light Brown Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Chopped Parsley

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Crock Pot: Line it with foil and spray with cooking spray.
  2. Mix Ingredients: Combine onion, milk, eggs, sugar, ketchup, BBQ sauce, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add Breadcrumbs and Beef: Mix in breadcrumbs and ground beef.
  4. Shape and Cook: Form the meatloaf, place in crock pot, brush with half the glaze, and cook for 6 hours.
  5. Glaze and Brown: Brush with remaining glaze, broil for a few minutes until golden.
