Description

Tender, slow‑cooked beef with peppers and onions, topped with melty cheese in a hoagie roll.


Ingredients

  • 1 ½ lbs beef top sirloin, cut into 1‑inch strips
  • 1 white or yellow onion, sliced
  • 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, thinly sliced
