- 16 oz salsa
- 11 oz fiesta corn
- 15 oz black beans
- 4 cups beef broth
- 16 oz medium shells
- 1 cup shredded cheddar
Instructions
- Brown the Ground Beef: In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground sirloin with salt, pepper, and taco seasoning until browned.
- Prepare the Slow Cooker: Place the browned beef, diced red bell pepper, salsa, fiesta corn, black beans, and beef broth in the slow cooker.
- Cook: Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
- Add Pasta: Stir in the medium shells, cover, and continue cooking until the pasta is tender.
- Finish: Sprinkle shredded cheddar over the top, cover until melted, and serve hot.
