Description

  • salt & pepper to taste
  • 3 TB taco seasoning
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 16 oz salsa
  • 11 oz fiesta corn
  • 15 oz black beans
  • 4 cups beef broth
  • 16 oz medium shells
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar

Instructions

  1. Brown the Ground Beef: In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground sirloin with salt, pepper, and taco seasoning until browned.
  2. Prepare the Slow Cooker: Place the browned beef, diced red bell pepper, salsa, fiesta corn, black beans, and beef broth in the slow cooker.
  3. Cook: Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
  4. Add Pasta: Stir in the medium shells, cover, and continue cooking until the pasta is tender.
