Description

Ingredients

Marinade:

  • ⅓ cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 3 cloves minced garlic
  • 2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 2 tsp cumin
  • 1 ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp 7 spice
  • ½ tsp red pepper flakes

Chicken:

  • 2 lbs boneless skinless chicken thighs
  • 1 medium onion, sliced

Instructions

  1. Prepare the marinade: In a bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, lemon juice, minced garlic, smoked paprika, cumin, black pepper, salt, 7 spice, and red pepper flakes.
