Description

This Strawberry Matcha Milk recipe combines the sweetness of strawberries with the earthy flavors of matcha tea, creating a refreshing and unique drink that’s perfect for any time of the day.


Ingredients

Strawberry Base:

  • 45 fresh strawberries
  • 12 tsp sugar or honey

Milk Layer:

  • 1 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy, chilled)

Matcha Layer:

  • 1 tsp matcha powder
  • 23 tbsp hot water

Instructions

  1. Strawberry base: Mash or blend strawberries with sugar/honey until smooth. Spoon this into the bottom of your glass.
  2. Milk layer: Pour in the chilled milk slowly over the strawberry puree.
  3. Matcha layer: Whisk matcha powder with hot water until frothy and smooth. Gently pour on top of the milk.
  4. Add ice if you’d like it extra refreshing.
