Ingredients

Salmon:

  • 2 (4 oz) salmon fillets

Sushi Rice:

  • 1 cup cooked short-grain sushi rice

Teriyaki Sauce:

  • 2 tbsp teriyaki sauce

Additional Ingredients:

  • 2 green onions, finely chopped
  • 1 sheet nori, cut into strips
  • 1/2 cup shredded carrots
  • 1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease an oven-safe baking dish.
  2. Prepare Rice: In a bowl, mix cooked sushi rice with a splash of rice vinegar and set aside.
