Ingredients
Dry Ingredients:
- 1.5 cups all-purpose flour (190g)
- 2.5 tsp baking powder (10g)
- 1/2 tsp salt (2.5g)
- 1 tbsp sugar (13g)
Wet Ingredients:
- 1 ¼ cups milk (300ml)
- 1 egg
- 3 tbsp melted butter (42g)
- 2 tsp vanilla extract (10ml)
Instructions
- Make the batter: In a large bowl, sift together the flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar. Add milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.
- Cook the pancakes: Heat a non-stick griddle or pan over medium heat and grease it. Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto the griddle. Cook until bubbles form and edges are set (about 2 minutes). Flip and cook for another minute. Remove from pan and keep warm.
- Top with your favorite toppings and enjoy!
