Ingredients
FOR THE CHICKEN:
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast, cubed or thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp olive oil for cooking the chicken
- 1 tsp garlic powder for seasoning
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
FOR THE PIZZA:
- 4 pieces naan bread
- 1 cup tzatziki sauce
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (optional)
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup cucumber slices
- 1/4 cup sliced red onion
- 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
OPTIONAL GARNISHES:
- Fresh dill or parsley
- Lemon wedges
Instructions
- Prepare the Chicken – Heat olive oil in a skillet, add chicken, season with garlic powder, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook until golden brown and cooked through.
- Preheat the Oven – Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C), place naan bread on a baking sheet.
- Assemble the Pizzas – Spread tzatziki sauce on naan, add toppings.
- Bake the Pizzas – Bake for 10–12 minutes until golden.
- Garnish and Serve – Sprinkle with herbs, serve with lemon wedges.
Notes
- Serve fresh and warm with extra tzatziki sauce for dipping
- Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 2 days
- Reheat in oven or skillet to keep naan crispy
