Description

A fresh and flavorful Mediterranean-inspired pizza featuring juicy seasoned chicken, creamy tzatziki, and crisp veggies, all on a soft and chewy naan base. Perfect for a light yet satisfying meal!


Ingredients

FOR THE CHICKEN:

  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast, cubed or thinly sliced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil for cooking the chicken
  • 1 tsp garlic powder for seasoning
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

FOR THE PIZZA:

  • 4 pieces naan bread
  • 1 cup tzatziki sauce
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (optional)
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup cucumber slices
  • 1/4 cup sliced red onion
  • 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese

OPTIONAL GARNISHES:

  • Fresh dill or parsley
  • Lemon wedges

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Chicken – Heat olive oil in a skillet, add chicken, season with garlic powder, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook until golden brown and cooked through.
  2. Preheat the Oven – Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C), place naan bread on a baking sheet.
  3. Assemble the Pizzas – Spread tzatziki sauce on naan, add toppings.
  4. Bake the Pizzas – Bake for 10–12 minutes until golden.
  5. Garnish and Serve – Sprinkle with herbs, serve with lemon wedges.

Notes

  • Serve fresh and warm with extra tzatziki sauce for dipping
  • Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 2 days
  • Reheat in oven or skillet to keep naan crispy
