Ingredients
White Chocolate Fudge:
- 24 oz white baking chips
- 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
- 2½ tbsp heavy cream
Caramel Layer:
- 25 wrapped caramels
- 1½ tbsp heavy cream
Instructions
- Prepare White Chocolate Fudge: In a saucepan, melt white baking chips with sweetened condensed milk and 2½ tbsp heavy cream until smooth.
- Layer Caramel: In another pan, melt caramels with 1½ tbsp heavy cream until creamy.
- Combine Layers: Pour half of the white chocolate fudge mixture into a lined pan, then add a layer of caramel. Top with remaining fudge mixture.
- Set: Chill in the refrigerator until firm, then cut into squares and serve.
