Description

Ingredients

White Chocolate Fudge:

  • 24 oz white baking chips
  • 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
  • 2½ tbsp heavy cream

Caramel Layer:

  • 25 wrapped caramels
  • 1½ tbsp heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Prepare White Chocolate Fudge: In a saucepan, melt white baking chips with sweetened condensed milk and 2½ tbsp heavy cream until smooth.
  2. Layer Caramel: In another pan, melt caramels with 1½ tbsp heavy cream until creamy.
  3. Combine Layers: Pour half of the white chocolate fudge mixture into a lined pan, then add a layer of caramel. Top with remaining fudge mixture.
  4. Set: Chill in the refrigerator until firm, then cut into squares and serve.
